Refund policy
At Heritage Store we want you to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, our team is here to help.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or is a different size, colour or style from what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it at no additional cost to you. Please email contact@heritage-store.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item showing the issue (and the size label where relevant).
We also cover parcels that are confirmed lost in transit.
Returns & exchanges
If you change your mind, you may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Please contact us first so we can guide you through the process.
Sizing
Detailed measurements are provided in every product description to help you choose the right fit. We recommend checking these before ordering.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll email you to confirm as soon as your refund has been processed.
